Making your Pandora Jewellery Pieces

The various beads, charms, clips, and spacers made available to customers will make each finished piece a real work of art and an accurate reflection of someone's personal taste and style.

It is also interesting to note the impressive design of the various "bases" used to create each piece of Pandora jewellery as well. Consider that the "average" piece of charm jewellery relies on a hefty chain, jump rings, and dangling charms and beads. These can be quite impressive and unique, but the charms can also be easily lost or misplaced if their connecting rings fail. The charms of this kind can also become easily ensnared in clothing and hair, making the owner hesitant to wear the piece with their more delicate or costly garments due to the obvious risks for damage.

The way that Pandora jewellery is created often makes it wearable with even the most expensive or formal clothing imaginable. This is because all of the charms are designed in the style of beads that slide or clip on to a variety of bases. For example, the buyer might select a sterling silver or 14k gold chain upon which to build their jewellery. These chains will not be made in the same fashion as traditional charm jewellery chains, however, and will use only a "serpent" style design. This is because the beads, spacers, clips and charms will slide along the surface. What will make the chains so unique is the fact that they demand each bead to be threaded over the clasp before they can be added to the piece. This prevents beads from rolling and scattering in all directions should the bracelet become undone.

This same design applies to other bases for Pandora jewellery as well. The colored cotton cord bases rely on the threaded end just as much as the more formal braided leather bands demand the same features.

Another interesting design feature in the Pandora line is the reliance on clips to prevent beads from twisting off at any time. The clips can be easily changed to give the piece a new look, but they will always serve to hold the beads and charms securely, even if the bracelet is completely full.
